    Yeah, the rokit sub is a fucking beast and it's pretty difficult to tame depending on your studio/workspace. Currently I'm very limited to what I can use for listening and mixing space. My floors are natural polished stone coupled with cinder block, stucco walls makes for a hellish environment to dampen. I do use the RPK6 for movies on occasion an enjoy them immensly.

    Wot? You must have listened to different speakers than I have. Low end is surely the thing they do not lack in, I'd be more worried about resolution and clarity in the high and mid ranges with those monitors.

    Uhhh, while its true I wouldn't say they "lack low end" compared to other monitors, they certainly do compared to using a sub. Its plain as day when cranking the frequency down on an LPF, the KRKs die out loooong before even a cheap sub does.

    its got bass....but do not mistake that for LOW END.

    The Sub Bass is beyond the monitors range. Thus a Sub...
