Tell him that it's his job to get people to visit his page for the "project", not yours. And that you certainly aren't going to stop posting things on YOUR page. Maybe point out that what you post on your page has no affect on his. The only affect is the advertising that he does for himself.

tell him to learn how to fucking type. there is no excuse, absolutely no goddamned excuse that could justify anyone typing ""itl be cool if u didint post too much vids cus i need ppl to be directed to my channel for the project
if thats aight with u sahn""
    that's embarrassing, disgraceful, and upsetting.

Oh. Hey, Bassnectar. It turns out you're really good and you're taking millions of views away from my simple mix. Can you stop so people will magically start paying attention to me? Thaaaaaaaaanks.

Really? Just like everyone else has said, your friend may or may not be good, but you sure as hell should not stop doing what you do because he isn't stepping his game up. I mean what would he do down the road? Start asking dj's to stop playing sets because he wants more people at his? It's not realistic. So just do what you do and tell him to find out what works and do that.

That is just unprofessional and very immature. Especially if you're helping him out, he should be backing you too. I feel DJs should be helping each other, not acting like that

I would stop promoting his stuff if I were you, some DJs are just douchebags!
