Nah the deal didn't go through, once I won the item he later on refused to ship it saying he couldn't as the software is registered on his computer. I told him you can transfer it and even, then I said, fine just send it withought software. He said no and that he would sell me all the gear for 150$ so I said fine Ill cancel, as long as you put up the auction for the gear. Well the loser just said it to con me into cancelling the order.


BTW, if this guy ever re-sells this or sells anything on here I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM!

Even had the guts to accuse me of truying to steal his items because I didnt send payment right after the auction? wtf... Haha.

Oh well, I knew the deal was to good to be true, and after reading all that guys posts haha, it was kind of obvious.

Oh well.

Well His excuse is that it only stated he will Ship to United States.. Yet I emailed him asking if he can ship to Canada he said sure. So I bid on the item and won. Not to sure if there are any different rules or not. Ill have to contact ebay and see what I can do. Since I kept the money, they will most likely just ignore it.

I really do hope that this is some misunderstanding because he advertised this deal in the buy/sell forum on here and the last thing this community needs is low life's like that!! We DO NOT rip off other members of DJTT!! Not cool!!

It's quite simple, a ebay seller commits to sell the items he puts on sale, especially when a sale is closed. You can make a claim seven days after the closure of the sale, not that ebay would force anyone but then he'll probably have to explain himself unless he will get 'banned' from ebay.
