I got my gig on friday, got set up and started to play. About 10 mins in I got the 'You are now running on emergency battery power' popup. I'd left my charger at home!

Luckily [i dont know what i would have done otherwise] I was playing back to back with my mate that night so he took over while I went to sort something out.

I had beer spill on my laptop the othernight at a house party. I almost lost it, but thanks to a nearby bathroom and a few rolls of toilet paper, the laptop is still alive

So no issues if you get

    diarrhea during a gig
    hehehe

I think I've hit everyones worst fears you could dream of at some point: sound card DOA at a gig, wrong fader up when cueing, needles fucked, hit stop on the wrong turntable, CD's skipping, channel going down on a mixer halfway through a gig, laptop crashed AND to top it off all my current playlist of about 250 vinyls stolen from my car !!! (ok that one wasn't so cool).

All you can do is deal and laugh later about how, why, when ....

And of course prepare a great story e.g. sound techs, other DJ's, punters etc were to blame hehe.

Ok, I never had diarrhea during a gig

Anyone who's never had that happen hasn't been DJing very long.

Yes. That's up there too. I think nothing about reaching into a nest of cables, if one of them started moving, I'd probably die of shock.

Guess it's a option that, if enabled, starts playing the next track in the list if you don't do anything.

The worst one for me is having a dj booth set up over top of the sub's and having your needles jump from time to time! problems of a vinyl user!!

    Most have been mentioned

    Beer spills on your kit
    Laptop failure
Not being back from the toilet
    The shits
    Forgetting kit

Like a few others on here, as horrible as it would be getting your gear stolen mines all insured and have multiple back ups of music libraries
