    I bought years ago on dvd, its a good one, it even had a great tutorial on how to use turntables, cdjs and production techniques on a separate disk.

    I wouldn't say its is fully a house thing.

    I do fairly long blends depending on the track, definitely for trance, and really proggy tracks.

    But some tracks are made to slam in. It really depends for sure.
