Recently bought a new Macbook Air with Lion on it, had no issues at all so far. But I use ITCH.

Read some mixed reviews about it so I decided to stay with snow leopard, but icloud looks like it could come in handy.

Traktor Pro 2 and Maschine 1.7 seem to work just fine as well as the plugins I have (a few NI Komplete players as well as some free plugins, Solid Mix Series, Transient Master…probably some other stuff I'm forgetting). Logic 9 (current version, I think…not really sure) appears to work just fine with a few UI glitches here and there that I think the new version fixes/fixed. I have everything opening in 32-bit mode because I only have 4GB of RAM anyway. And I think Traktor and Maschine are both set to only use one processor core (if that's even a setting).

The weird thing is that Pro Tools 10 also seems to work so far, despite my 13" MBP not being an Avid Certified computer (it's the only Apple with Firewire that isn't certified…and IHNFC why). Also, side note…yay for Avid allowing Demos now.

At this point, I think everything major works…it's just plugins that might cause a problem. I've been running it for a while (basically since Traktor, Maschine, Logic, and Quicksilver announced compatibility) and haven't had an issue.
