Mixer without cross fader and longer track volume controls for me, though if it ever happened I doubt that they would make one without a crossfader.

RE the soundcard, I'd be happy with XLR mains out and a headphone jack

Because traditional DJs who learn to mix on vinyl turntables and CDJs would want that.
