Hi,
I'm sorry to say it, but I never tested connection methods other than Lemur Daemon which does work correctly as long as you select correct input/output as fullenglishpint rightly pointed out.
First, make sure you are not accidentally enabling physics (the little "P" button right below each of the XY pads) because if you do then yes, things will get jumpy and bouncyIf not, it could be a conflict with another controller you may be using or some other weird technical issue specific to your setup. I'm sorry, but I don't know what else to suggest because I'm not familiar with the devices and connection methods you use in your setup. There's got to be a way to troubleshoot it, though.

Hey I am having problems to download, show me plain text...may you upload again in zippysahre for example? thank you!
is there a possibility to add all the effects?
and why 21 and not all? thank you!!
Got the template at lemur website
Hi amoyano,
Glad you were able to find the alternative download! Just so everybody can see it, the template is available from Liine's User Library at http://liine.net/en/community/user-library/view/196/
21 is how many effects I was able to comfortably fit on the screen while retaining the usability of the template. With more than 21 FX, the drop-down menu was getting pretty hard to use. Yes, you can absolutely add more FX or modify the template any other way you desire. If you are going to publish your version, though, it would be nice if you reference the original template and its creator
P.S. I have only conducted a few brief tests of this template with the recent Traktor 2.5 update. At first glance, everything appears to be working correctly, but I can't guarantee 100% compatibility. According to NI themselves, there should be no issues with existing mappings, but you never know...

hello popoff44
First: thank you very much for this template
I have a little problem with the selection of the effects: When I load the TSI file to Traktor every effect will set to 'BOUNCE'. When I try to select another effect ´, manually with Traktor or with the selection drop down menue on the LEMUR, it always jumps back to BOUNCE! Also it seems that the list of effects is a little bit wrong... hm, I don´t know.
Maybe its better in my case to disable the selection function
now im not sure how lemur works exactly but i noticed you mentioned using touch osc, on touch osc you can create different pages in one preset, is this possible in lemur?????
would quite like to combine both presets together if it is possible then create another page for browsing through traktor libaries, is this possible????
big thumbs up on the two of them by the way, very nice
Hi all,
I'm sorry for the late reply, folks. I've been a little busy with work.
Without looking at your settings and checking other mappings that you may have loaded in Traktor, I can't really tell what's going on. It sounds like there may be a conflict with another controller and/or mapping. The only thing I can say is that since the last time I posted in this thread, I did some extensive testing/using of my template/mapping with Traktor 2.5 and can confirm that everything should be working perfectly if you follow my original instructions. The only advice is to play with it a little more, unload other custom mappings, do some basic troubleshooting, etc.
Well, I wasn't planning to share it because, like I said before, it's too custom and I don't feel like writing detailed instructions on how to use itBut since you asked so nicely, I'll share it as is. Here is a download link and some quick notes.

- Power button resets volume faders, FX units, EQ, disables crossfader, selects 4 desk layout, configures deck view, etc. Basically prepares Traktor for my preferred style of mixing with 4 decks. You can change what it does by editing the mapping. The mapping has nice comments, so it should be easy.
- Shift + Power button does similar thing, but enables a two deck layout with decks configured for timecode. That's another setup I use from time to time.
- S & Q buttons are Snap & Quantize
- Big blue Play/Pause button is to start/stop sending MIDI clock. It's for when I want to sync Maschine with Traktor
- - and + buttons adjust master tempo
- Big Record button starts/stops Traktors mix recorder
- With Shift pressed you can see the Recording level meter and can adjust recording gain; There is also a hidden button to reset all FX units - to create buildups and then just turn off all effects at once.
- Each deck has two modes - press the deck letter (i.e. A, B, C or D) to switch to the alternative mode that will show cue points and looping/move controls.
- In the main deck mode you have Sync, Key, Play/Pause & Cue buttons. There is also Load button with LEDs that light up when deck is loaded. Shift + Load unloads the Deck. The Active button enables/disables looping - useful when a pre-set loop is coming up in the track or when you want to exit a loop that's currently playing.
- The big touch strip shows playhead position and can also be used to quickly scroll through the track (pretty cool). There are LEDs to the right of the touch strip that light up when Track End Warning is on.
- The alternative deck mode features 8 cue point buttons with LEDs that light up when there is a cue point and remain dim when there isn't one.
- - and + adjust the loop/jump length; The currently selected length is shown in the same place where deck letters are in the primary deck mode.
- < and > jump backward and forward within the track by the selected loop/jump length
- With Shift pressed the -, +, < and > buttons change to 4, 8, 16, 32 - those are used to set quick loops of 4, 8, 16 or 32 beats respectively.
I strongly advice that you modify this template/mapping to fit your particular style of mixing. Reverse engineering my work could also be a good exercise to learn Lemur better.
Yes, I used TouchOSC quite a bit before moving to Lemur. Similar to TouchOSC Lemur also allows you to combine multiple templates as switchable tabs/pages. It's a very basic operation that is not worth explaining. You just need to create a new interface in you project. If you don't know how to do that, I can suggest that you read Lemur's user guide. It took me about a week to read the whole thing and try all or almost all of the examples, but it was very helpful and well worth it. If you have any specific questions, let me know and I'll try to answer them for you.
P.S. You can also check out Lemur forums, there is a TON of useful information, suggestions and examples there as well.

So would i be able to join your two presets together to make one, i like the 21 preset and the sample decks one and was wanting to join the two together and introduce another page for browsing through my traks, will this be possible you think or does the midi information of your two presets coincide with one another??
