    Everyone gets that, what they mean is that the latest version of traktor (2.6) which was released alongside the Z2 has a new filter mode. You don't need a Z2 to use it, but you do need Traktor 2.6. If you have an older version of traktor installed, it won't be there.

    Click the traktor logo in the top left corner and see what your version is. It should come up with a window that says version 2.6.0 or whatever.

    Have you tried using the Filter LFO and Filter 92 LFO effects in advanced mode? They're both autofilters.

    I don't think the people in the thread are getting that the DJM 800 has a filter that filters from HP to LP automatically depending on the length set of the effect. That is what he is trying to emulate. I don't know the answer myself as I have a DJM700 with the same function.

    Yes, that's what a filter LFO (low-frequency oscillation) is. An auto-sweeping filter.

    thanks for the explanation!!! that pretty much what i was asking ...and i do have 2.6...i havent tried using them like that but i will now
