    Oh yeah, someone above did query the need for a mixer…

    My advice: Don’t buy one. You will be mixing the tracks on your VCI-100. For now just plug your soundcard straight into your amplification, and you’re all set.

    oh one more thing,

    is the traktor edition that comes with the vci100 good, or do i need to upgrade it?

    You wanna get the full version of traktor asap. you get a cheap DL upgrade when you register LE

    Yeh i agree heaps there. but dont go buying cheap stuff if its not going to meet your every need for that piece of equipment. i learnt the hard way a few years ago on cheap cd players. Totally turned me against beatmatching!

    research anything & everything possible on this website. ive learnt heaps in the last few months from DJTT.

    definately upgrade. the le version is a waist of time if u want use any resources from this site.
