Square one looks cleaner to me... I voted square
The round one is a little bit overdone.

but the round one prints sooooo well- take a look at the vci-100SE!

as a logo the square one is more clear and bold.
the rounded look though is more modern and current. Most companies have changed their pixelated square logos into rounded ones in the past 3 years.
