i own a djm700 at presant and this seems to be a good upgrade due to the following reasons,

aparantly the eqs are full kill and the same as the 850, 900 mixers (on my 700 there really weired they have an all or nothing point between 10 oclock and 12 and there not total kills)
also the upfaders are upgraded and aparantly it sounds alot better than the 700

apart from the above i really do like the 700 so would be a good upgrade for me plus i refuse to spend 1600quid on a mixer for my bedroom : )

i play on a 700 every week (600 for me at home), i actually think its a great mixer... although i have notice the strange eq aswell... i thought it might just have been my mates mixer..


its a great sounding piece of kit either way

Can anyone review these? I have seen a review yet saying whether they can hook it to traktor and it is dope. Just looking to find out.
