For me personally, having DJ infront of the name sounds so cheesy.

You can't protect it very well and people might think you are like another person, so I would go with a DJ name without DJ but significant to you. Like Ean Golden, or Mad Zach.

I use my own name, Dean Oakley.
My facebook page is set up as 'DJ Dean Oakley' which, for some reason, just doesn't sound right. Unfortunately I can't change it as I now have over 200 likes. But hey, in that sense it does distinguish between my page and my personal profile.
When it comes to flyers, it's straight up 'Dean Oakley'
