Messed around with it last night. Still doesn't feel very comfortable in terms of listening. When Master Cue is pressed, it's significantly lower than the cue'd track I'm trying to mix in. If I adjust the Master volume, I'm affecting the sound coming out of the speakers. Guess I have to get used to it.

you must be putting out a very low level. if thats the case, you can go into the club menu on the mixer when you power it up and change the output attenuator to the most attenuation, i think its -19db off the top of my head. that way you can increase the master level without deafening anyone

Turn your gains down and Master up until you have a balance between your Channels and Master, while also outputting a low enough volume for your speakers.
