just out of curiosity, could everyone post the setup they will be using?

-DJ-Tech imix reload, Korg Nanopad and a Audio 2 DJ alltogether in a custom made case
- Laptop or maybe a macbook pro, will be decided later today when i get home from work.

We want to have a redundant set up, that if 1 setup is ending up crooked, we can almost instantly jump to the other setup and blast away.
2x BCR
2x laptop (1 macbook, 1 asus)
1x MIDIfighter
1x Launchpad
1x Audio4DJ
1x Audio8DJ

It might be a good option to equip each dj booth with two mixers, as that the replacing DJs, or the new DJs will be able to set up more easily.

One mixer per floor. Maybe two on the Globus (there is DJ pulpit and a stage).

Hotel for the DJs will be Michelberger Hotel.

Any suggestions on how to do the live-recording?

Record via microphone + from mixer and then put it together afterwards?

maybe we can use a splitter from the booth out in the mixer and back into a soundcard and record externally.

I can record my set in Ableton nowadays. Easy as pie...
