Got mine today! I still need to plug it in and have a little play with it.

I must say though that I really like the new kontrol stand. It looks like a quality built stand. I also like that they threw in a neat bag to put your kontrol stand in. Impressed.

Ok guys I need some help here. I opened up Traktor, plugged in my new X1, it flashed showing it was connected and then nothing. Traktor does not recognize the X1. Any reasons why? I thought that Traktor would automatically see the X1?

Am I doing something wrong?

I don't think I need drivers? Well I'm still running on 2.6.1. Could that be a reason? Cos I'm not running the latest update?

Only works on 2.6.3. The new X1 didn't exist when 2.6.1 came out. Update and everything will work perfectly.

Loving the mk2 so far!

The only thing I don't like is when I use the browse encoder to search my playlist, it automatically go's into full browse screen and minimizes the track decks. Then I have to press the browse encoder to switch it back to normal. Then when I move it again, it go's back again.. Grrrrrr.. It's a bit irritating, but I will see if I can deal with it somehow. Also is there a way to decrease the percentage increments for the tempo adjust encoder when you press and hold shift? I noticed that the increments are not very fine?

If you go into the X1 settings (should be an extra tab down the side of the settings pane) there's an option to turn off the browser view on touching browse encoder.
