I want to lift some burden from you (and have everything in one place).
Thats why I want to do it either from the mixer or via microphone.
Mic would be cool since it also records reactions from the crowd.

How are all the radiostations doing their live-recordings?

I doesn't look like SoundCloud will help out with a Premium Account.
I threatened them with going to MixCloud. Maybe that'll help

We should do this
The mixer have a record output anyways and unless Tresor uses those outputs for something else we should hook up to them to get a "clean" record of our sets.
If we also want a more live feel for videos and such setting up a microphone would be nice too. We just have to make sure it's decently limited and so on

On a similar thought i think its cool if we record everything with a cam :eek: We would have crowd reactions soundwise through the cam mic, see them react and we could later on mix the sound from the cam with the clean recorded sound from the mixer. And we will make some decent footage this evening i´m sure

Even if you just put the cam on a tripod, the quality of a regular mic should be a lot better.

I'll equip my brother with a cam catching some nice party moments. We can later glue together to a short video.

Bad news from SoundCloud.
Their co-founder Eric approved that there is no budget for sponsoring or a premium account.
