    The touchpad looks pretty fancy, i wonder what its like for day to day use seeings how it doesn't have buttons.

    I have to take my hat off to apple this time when it comes to the design, cant say too much about the price though.

    Personally I like the previous (existing) model better than this one.
    Price.. it's the same... (expensive) so I don't see any savings at all.
    I expected more changes than these subtle ones.

    Yea the new kool stuff to these new models is that they are illuminated keyboard so that's kind of coolll but the only model that have firewire port is the macbook proo the regular macbook doesn't come with firewire how SSSaaaaaadddd I think im going to buy the black previous modell

    Yes.. Let's wait until they drop the price in the current model to see if it;s worth it.
    Since the "new" models have basically the same steep price tag, I guess we can only expect a $300 - $400 price difference at the most.

    AND it's only a Firewire 800.

    Gotta mention that too.

    They look nice, single piece of aluminum and 2 graphics processors (pseudo-SLI). Thats about it.

    Nothing that blew me away at all. And TBH I actually nearly like the look for my old MBP better + mine has multitouch so meh, I'm not like ZOMG NEED TO UPGRADES.

    I was hoping for a multitouch tablet mac. I rekon that will be next gen. Has to be really, or Mac will be getting behind.
