My list in no particular order:

Mr. C/Richard West - one of the best I've seen live.
Sasha - hit or miss, but when he's on, he's on.
    John Digweed
Richie Hawtin - mostly for technical aspects…
    Erick Morillo
Paul Oakenfold - in the '90s. He doesn't even try anymore.
    Roger Sanchez
    Jazzy Jeff
    AM
    Bad Boy Bill
Ferry Corsten - probably the best of the old Trance guard…at least as far as still giving a sh*t.
Gareth Emery - probably the best of the new Trance heads.
    Steve Porter - wow.
    Kaskade
    ATB
    Derrick May
    John '00' Flemming
Eric Prydz - when he's not spinning all-out electro
Satoshi Tomiie - great when he's not boring me to death
    Carl Cox
    Nick Muir
    Gabriel & Dresden
    Jeff Mills
    Daft Punk (yes…they DJ'd)
James Zabiela - when he's not boring me to tears, he's awesome…and technically great.
Tiesto - almost solely for ISOS 1-3
    Underworld
Nero - I'm not a huge fan of dubstep, but their take on it is a lot of fun

[Insert required list of the founders of NY and Chicago house]

And the people I know IRL or from forums who deserve to be on my list:

The Penguin - only psytrance DJ i've ever liked
Marc Stokes - One of the best I've heard at funky/UK house
Will Marshall - great psybreaks…and they only guy I know who started on Ableton that doesn't suck.
Brendan LaBonte - the best Trance DJ you'll never hear of
Habersham & Numinous - well…most of the time.
