An X1 could be a good controller for people interested in having complete control over every aspect of their effects rack in Ableton. Lots of buttons and knobs to press on each effect....

You really can't. It sounded like he was using the loop recorder, but…he could have also done that with the DB4's looping.

Mostly, my supposition that it was TP2 was simply that he tweeted "might be time for a change" after the longer TP2 spoiler videos came out. If he wanted to use 1.2.7 (or whatever), he could have switched a long time ago…and as of early march, he was using Rekordbox.

reading this makes sense to me now...

his sets did go through a change...i listen to alot of his live sets and notice they were "uninspired" for a little bit...maybe it was the learning curve...the live set i have from him recently is pretty damn good...

good to see and hear...
