I can hear 18khz but very faint. 17khz clear as a bell thoughusing hd205 phones btw

17kHz on low volume on my laptop speakers..
While messing around with a simple sine oscillator on a proper set of speakers i get up to 19kHz tho

can't find my cans to do the test.. but i had a proper hearing test at an audiologist in about october last year, and for my age and conditioning (dj'ing, playing in bands, etc) it was above average!
i thought the tinnitus would have caused some frequency loss or masking but obviously it didnt.
i'll try and find the results sheet, but i dont think i have it anymore.
18 & 19 were faint but audible. 20 - 22 were clearer.
I guess the ex guitarist in my old band used to play between 18 - 19 khz a lot. Feedback's a bitch.
