Still, I believe I'm better than him. At least in terms of mixing. I spent a good day watching videos of his performances and I was stunned by a) his lack of mixing ability b) his constant miming. e.g. wildly twisting the effects select knob on the pioneer mixer as if it were doing something. Pretending to use his filter knob all the way round with only one track playing and no filtering actually happening.
Go watch videos and take note of what controls do what on his trigger finger and then watch him use it when he feels he's being closely watched. He's got that typical midi DJ thing of being uncomfortable because he has a lot of free time and trying to look busy. Some people mash effects and cue points, apparently skrillex likes to pretend.
