here's the pic of the effect used by richie. you have to use it with allen's sent and return. you set the effect with these parametres and than you turn for a little time the knob which send the audio in ableton (aux knob). the audio must return in a mic channel.you can change the delay time as you want to change the affect. for a littel delay time it looks like a one shot chorus.

Anyway I think you can make the same delay using a lot of plug ins/hardware with which you can change some modulation parameters. Since i'm stopping to use computer in my set I'm going to buy a boss dd7 (used by carola) or an eventide time factor (used by magda). I think both can do this kind of effect!

I saw him at Time Warp and i think he used very a lot a Sample (maybe Oneshots) ... catched by a Beatmasher (FX1) - FX2 in Advanced mode was a Ramp Delay und FX 3 a T3 Delay... if he used the sample the volume of the beat-sound is decreased... the ramp delay is swinging up and then the sample with these FX is turned down and the beat goes on
