It's still in final testing and not released yet.

So, I've been holding out on purchasing my gear due to the fact that there has been this massive speculation about Pioneer releasing their update to the CDJ-2000's and with the DJ Expo being less than a month away, it would only make sense for me to wait it out and see that Pio's move is. However, this Traktor update that would integrate Advanced HID support for CDJ-2000's is really starting to make me think I should just go for the current CDJ's. What do you guys think?

i cant see pioneer changing the 2000 in any significant way to the point where NI wouldnt be able to make a few small changes to the work with what they're doing with the 2000 atm, pio doesnt like big changes as you can see by theyre releases (not necessarily a downside, layout and design consistency have their merits). i think you'll be safe getting dem new 2000s whenever they hit selves

I think that if Pio doesn't release it at the expo or I don't at leat hear more specific info regarding the "new CDJ's" I'm just gonna cop the current CDJ-2000 seeing that they'll be fully advanced HID integrated for Traktor which is gonna be DOPE. Maybe Traktor finally releasing the Advanced HID integration will prompt a release on Pioneer's part very soon...?!?!

It's definitely a good way to wait until DJ expo. Apart from that, I bet you will feel robbed when new CDJs are released shortly after your purchase. That's why I would recommend being patient and wait, especially with buying a product fr their premium product line.

It's probably a good idea to wait until their "new" product comes out regardless seeing that the current price of the CDJ-2000 will most likely dramaticllay drop, right...?

Plus you might get a good deal on CDJ-2000s in case the new models are not that exciting.

Enjoy............ this release. I'm still using 2.0.3 ...... I tried 2.5 but it made my usually stable machine wonky as f%ck.... :-(

Oh and yes it is a p.c and tweaked to hell and back.... so back I went.........to 2.0.3 it never crashed. :-)))))))))))))

I don't need all the bells and whistles as I play U.K Garage....... and DnB.
