You can only use External mode with your setup. Could you post a screenshot of your Traktor Output routing and quickly go over how you have things connected?

I have a USB coming out of each CDJ going into my MBP. RCA's from Deck A going into Channel 1 of the mixer, Deck B going into Channel 2 of the mixer. Master out RCA going into speaker.

Not sure why the image is so small.

From the tiny text it looks as if both decks are routed to the same outputs? Bigger image would be great
Try uploading to imgur.com if the image file is the correct size on your computer.

Also a screenshot of your Aggregate Device from within Audio MIDI setup would be helpful if you manage to take a high-res one.

Ok, your output routing for Deck A and B are identical. They should be sent to separate outputs (each CDJ)

What Audio Device are you using in Traktor's Audio Setup and what outputs do you have available to choose from?

Edit: Within Audio MIDI setup you must not have either CDJ selected as the "Device for sound output" (small speaker icon) which should be set to the "Built-In Output"

For Audio Device in Traktor, I have CDJ 350 selected, although there are 2 CDJ 350 options to choose from. The first two options before the CDJ 350s are 1) Aggregate Device (CoreAudio) and 2) Built-in (CoreAudio).

As far as The Audio MIDI setup, I'm not following. I added the two CDJs as aggregate devices. When I select Built-in Output (the speaker symbol) it just says 0 in/2 out.

You should be using "Aggregate Device" as your Audio Device in Traktor. This should then give you 2 sets of outputs so you can send deck A+B to separate channels.

You need to set the "Device for sound output" to the Built-In output so that OSX does not interfere with your CDJ sound cards while you are using Traktor.

When I select "Aggregate Device", I lose function of the CDJs completely. Can't do a thing. In Audio MIDI setup, I have Built-in Output (the speaker icon) selected for sound output. When I select aggregate devices in the setup, I have both CDJ 350s checkmarked. Am I on the right track?

That sounds correct. What do you mean by lose function of the CDJs?

What devices make up your Aggregate Device? Could you screenshot the Audio MIDI setup window with your Aggregate Device highlighted?

When I select "Aggregate Device" in Traktor's Audio Device via Audio Setup, the CDJs don't function at all. Can't do a thing. Play button doesn't even work.

I know the problem is that both Deck A and B are coming out of the Deck A channel. That's it. Fucking frustrating.
