Samples, arrangement, alot of things are out of key, poor chord progression, poor choice of scales and keys, eqing, spacing in your sound... etc etc etc etc etc. Your music just needs ALOT of work my friend. In the end, if you are happy with it, it really doesnt care what we think. If you REALLY feel that you would want to listen to items you yourself produce, go with that feeling, then play them out in several different renditions, that will be the best gauge of where your music is to other peoples tastes.

For you, I would try for a bar first, small school parties, college parties. Your tracks and yourself are not ready for quite some time for a club. ONce youve secured the less glamorous gigs, landing the clubs will come naturally.

And not sure what thread you are in RV.. but yes.. he is also asking about tracks, because he obviously intends to play his music out... Get with the program or re-read before you try and correct someone?

Like others have mentionned, get involved locally.

There is nothing worse than a newbie who comes into a scene thinking they are the king and who believe they have everything to offer when locally there's already a lot (or a little, it doesn't matter) going on.

It's imperative to know what's happening, if you run without having a clue, then you'll have no support from anyone and you'll most likely piss off other people in the scene. While such reactions may seem childish, I'd simply consider them human decency; you're planning ahead, GOOD, but be humble and don't rush into something you can't already handle or else you'll be over in a hot minute.
