You can think I'm wasting my time don't know why lol. No to all the other questions the shed has 2 plug sockets that run down to my house . Heating I just have a plug on radiator in there which has done a fine job for me

Hey man I don't mean to demean your project but there were legitimate questions/concerns myself and others here posed.

    Good luck and have fun!

I'm about to do the same to a brick garage. Inside I am putting in 100m soft insulation and two layers of plasterboard, separated with 5mm of green glue, then outside I"m going to put 50mm of hard insulation, plus wooden boarding to make it look nice. The roof will have 100mm of soft insulation and 50mm of hard insulation and the two layers of plasterboard and green glue. I think that should make it soundproof enough, with a double or triple glazed door and window. Soundproofing it is very different to treating the acoustics, so I'll start with the soundproofing. Once that is done, I'll make up a few 50mm acoustic panels and place them where necessary and try and fit a bass trap somewhere too. Always have your kit insured wherever it is and don't advertise your studio, if no-one knows it is there, no-one will try and get to it...
