    This is pretty much all I was expecting from the partnership, hopefully it flowers into something truly different overtime.

    Cracks me up how people get so excited by releases like this, and then so bitter when their hopes are dashed - not you guys - the Skratchworx crew.

    Ok now more info is out i can comment a bit more.

    Its pretty cool, but doesnt really add alot of functionality that we already couldnt do with Traktor routed into Ableton. The best stuff is still to come though i think, for a first step into this colab you have to be pretty happy they have added some cool functionality. It certainly has stepped up the bar for Traktor to live up to.

    Next question is, how much control does max for live have over Serato ?

    Personally i think that Max for Live could potentially do all of this Serato - Ableton colab stuff and more with enough work from the userbase, so i think over the long term truly advanced users will be using M4L more than the bridge.
