I thought you said that you were having problems with feedback lag earlier. If you have this lag and do something like change tabs, parameters might not update reliably.

ohh gotcha. my bad. The feedback lag only happens considerably with LiveControl on certain tabs. Without all the scripts that LiveControl uses, using only TouchOSC and OSCulator, the feedback and control has been quite zippy. Latency is probably close to around 30-40ms both directions, although I don't have a way to measure it, it is noticeable, but not overwhelming.
Now the only problem I'm running into is the fact that I don't actually own a CDJ2K, so I'm having to research and watch the functions from youtube vids and playing around with them at guitar center. Also, all the functions of the top video screen are going to have to be adjusted because there is no current way to get waveforms from traktor, or track names. So... off to the grindstone.
Here's another updated pic, it's coming along nicely.

hope pioneer doesnt get pissed with your layout.
So... bout 75% of the way there. Running into issues with the jog wheel due to the fact that the rotary knob is only about 90% of a rotary knob and isn't endless like the ideal jog wheel solution would be. I did however find out that the pitch bend from OSCulator sends 14-bit midi messages, so if I can find another solution that works for the rotary knob, or the rotary knob itself, the input will be of higher resolution than originally planned![]()

Tomorrow will be the day that my work is ready for release. Hopefully I'm not the only one who gets excited about it, cause I think it might turn some heads. Hopefully not the wrong ones though. It was fun to say the least. Learnt me somethin. Now for the video...

so much so, that ya motivated me to finally set-up TouchOsc, which I had bought the day I got my Ipad, but had never used. Thanks!
All I've got here is one rotary acting as a deck. It's not working in play, because I don't know how to make it send "scratch on" I have a button for that. i also have a button that operates all three kills, so I can scratch. Not great, but fun, and I'll keep working on it.
