Oh SNAP, Good call, that was a great first album also. I think I'm going to dial that up and give it a listen right now.

Think that's going to hark back to the Prodigy issue, Leftism was and still is one of my favourite dance albums but Rhythm and Stealth? Meh, can take it or leave it to be honest.

    Rolling Stones?

You're right it will be a tough task to find a Dance Music act quite as overrated as the Rolling Stones.

Not particularly because I hate Moby, just that he is ripping off my bald look. Well, him and bald Britney.

Beatles are quite overrated too, imo.

I'm casting my vote for Daft Punk. Only because they are quite universally known (as far as dance groups go), and because of their influence. You'd be hard-pressed to find a producer who isn't influenced by Daft Punk in some way, whether they'd like to admit it or not. Also, their music has stood the "test of time" I suppose. People still remix "Around the World."

you need to do some homework on music history and the beatles career then. very few acts come close to achieving what they have and Rolling Stones is certainly not one of them by a long shot. The stones are all flash no substance, they weren't pioneers and their singer couldn't sing. They are a good band have lots of good songs, but musically they haven't done anything that mind blowing. The fact that Rolling Stones even comes up when talking about The Beatles is a joke, there are so many other bands from that era that make the stones look like shit.

Beach Boys, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, The Kinks, Rush to name some of the better known ones. Not to mention all the obscure underground rock bands from that time that also school the stones.
