Yeah i have no Gaydar. I have a naivety about such matters that makes me unable to see what other people see. I kinda like it, someones sexuality is of no interest to me. Gay, Lesbian, Bi or hermaphrodite its all love and all love is good...

What worries me more about those guys, is they are clearly pumped full of shitoids and god knows what else... they look like mutants.

In fact most of the people on that show are deformed in one way of another.

Its a reality show isnt it..? Surely a long way off the reality of young America.

Its bad enough watching the brats in 90210 and those kinda shows.

    I still like watching Friends:eek:

Byker Grove and Grange Hill never seemed so brilliant as it does today.
(one for the UK crowd out there)

    Default What the fuck?

I am dutch and I had the same question, until i saw all you hating and being jealous..
for those who aren't my mum and dad have been in the music industry for a long time, even though my mum only went to a lot of parties, my dad was actually a dj, not a producer.

the clubs were always filled because the EDM industry is really big here, and no you don't get free shit here or any special studies. the Dutch' passion for EDM is just much bigger then most of the other countries.

I am 15 now and i dream of nothing else besides becoming big in the Electronic world.
i am following the Ultra music festival live stream both weekends completely and i saw; Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Hardwell, Nicky Romero, Afrojack, Fedde le Grande, Ferry corsten (dislike him though) & Sander van Doorn. they're all Dutch and i was suprised. even though i like Deadmau5 more and like Skrillex since january 2011 (not an annoying fucking hipster) and feed me, kill the noise, Zedd etc. etc. but yet all of the named guys including the foreigners are a inspirations to me.

my idol is Madeon for entering at such a young age and with fantastic music.
these people make me happy, and people WORRY about the top 100, well no! you should be like, cool. because it doesn't make YOU better, and doesn't make anyone WORSE. deal with it, its obviously a specific taste. but there isn't any cheating

Haha, I'm sensing epic troll here. Anyways what's with all the Corsten hate? I remember buying Right Of Way when I was a wee lad and it was one of my most played CDs alongside Discovery and Gorillaz. Punk is such a good tune, my mind was blown when I heard it on SHM's Until Now, proper took me back some years.

I quite liked corsten's albums, and his mixes he did for gatecrasher were good.

    #2 tiësto
    #7 ferry corsten
    #10 sander van doorn

But why? I mean holland is a very small country with a population of only 16,609,173, rank #61 worldwide (wikipedia)..

    Rest of top 10:
2 germans (paul van dyk, markus schulz)
    1 from canada (deadmau5)
    2 uk (above+beyond, gareth emery)
    1 france (david guetta)

Funny how in position 20-40 there is not a single dutchie though relatively many uk
    Well, any input appreciated

Why are there top DJs period? Most of us started out, and alot of them STILL do.. Spin other peoples music. What exactly is there to be top at? DJ as rock stars has always been humorous to me.

While I dread Deadmau5, his egotistical attitude... he made an awesome quote in Vibe magazine:

What advice do you have for the up and coming DJ?

A: I don't have any advice for the @#$@# kid who wants to become rich and famous by playing other peoples music.
