Hey man, just trying to spark conversation not argument.

It's like I look at a Porsche 911, I see that it's brilliantly designed and engineered, and fucking quick. Yet still I don't really want one. Sure if someone gave me one I wouldn't complain (lol), but I prefer the alternatives.

On the subject of confusing mixers, how about this:

That was a joke by the way........i don't like either of them really.

In all seriousness though, the way I have always looked at A&H stuff is the same way you would look at (funnily enough) a Tractor (as in farm machinery).

The are well built for purpose, good components, are pretty indestructable but in all honesty you have to say their looks don't do them any favours. They could be a lot more asthetically pleasing. For that reason (at home anyway) I probably wouldn't buy one.

That's not to say, if I was given one, I would be unhappy but I probably wouldn'yt go out of my way to buy one!!

    I like turtles.

I agree A&H aren't the sexiest mixers out there but quality is where A&H dominate. A&H filters are the best I have heard on any DJ mixer. If looks are all your worried about A&H may not be for you. But if you want a quality mixer that stands the test of time and sounds like an angel having an orgasm, pick up a XONE mixer.

Also if you don't like the look just styleflip or djface it. The overlays are quality and you can design them however you like. Just put a set of titties on the overlay and rock that motherfucker.

I own a Xone 2:02 which, from what I have read on forums ,is considered to be the ugliest of all A&H mixers. Call me crazy but I dig it.
