They were severely unprepared for the amount of people that would go to the site. I was hitting refresh so many times, one of the buttons on my laptop came off. When I went to go grab the key, I knocked the entire laptop off the table and the screen broke when it hit the floor. It WAS a macbook pro, but now it's a case with a broken screen and blood on it. Blood? yes Blood. When I got up to pick it up, I stepped on a shard of glass too, and then fell down and banged my head. I plan on suing NI for all of this.

I'm sorry but you correct me if I'm wrong. Your complaining that a company sent you something early (as the announced date was April 1) Then you broke your computer because after realizing that everyone else was doing the same thing you were. Then you knocked your laptop off the table and you broke the screen. I'm confused at to how this is there fault? Maybe what they should have done was only sent out some keys today a few more on Thursday then the rest on Friday. Even if they did that it wouldn't make them horrible.

I had the EXACT same thing happen - aside from the fact that the computer landed on my cat, and killed it.

Then the dog ate the cat's corpse, choked and died.

Then my house fell down.

I am sure this in someway is NIs fault.
