Yeah, I just read everyone's reply and all I can say is to each his own, which is why it's good there's so many different headphones lol. I recommend them but you'll never know what's for you till you give multiple options a go

I tried the V-Modas in the Apple store; they were alright sound-wise and seem like they would hold their own in a club. Isolation was ok but not great; for me nothing beats the TMAs or Senns for sound isolation. And I really like the TMA sound but I agree it's not a "neutral" headset. In truth none is but the TMA colors the sound more in the bass end precisely so you can make out details in a loud environment. But I think it's a nice sound all around; I enjoy listening to them when I'm not DJing too. But when I want neutral I go for my Grados. They are not DJ headphones though.

im pretty set on my hd 25's, nothing beats 120db spl, ive also used tma's alot, there pretty much the same, i really cant tell a dif from the hd 25 and them, but i know the restistance is twice as high and the spl is up by 10 wich is over twice as loud, i dont really think its possible to blow hd 25 drivers lol
ive also tried to find tma's for less then 200 and failed, got my hd25's for 170 on ebay![]()
