Reviewers can get biased when it comes to some brands because they are either paid or sponsored. Technics don't pay people to give them good reviews. They received positive reviews because of the good and reliable reputation their product has given to the consumers.

Many people have used other turntables aside from Technics. Yes they features things that aren't really necessary and just to be said that they offer more than Technics have. In the end, they still fall back to Technics. It would still be your decision. But consider this: most clubs have 1200/1210 so you will have to use them if and in case you have to unless you bring you non-Technics turntables.
Its not that im persuaded by a single person, but if you go back to the beginning of the thread, and look at the title, I did alot of research and thinking before i posted this. I was asking about the diffrence between TTX and TTXUSB or other decent tables because i don't really wanna be part of the 99% of DJ's using techs. I wouldn't have started this thread if i wanted to just get a set of techs because i know they are "industry standard" but i feel like everyone looks past alot of good tables to be part of the cool kids with techs.

    ^^ Agreed ^^

Dude, bottom line is those TTX decks look great and you need to get what YOU want. I have 1200's and I think I'd like to try TTX based on all the reviews. To each is own, get what you like and have fun!!! Isn't that what it's all about?

The Numark TTX tables have a buttload of cool features that do seem appealing, but I just can't get past their horrific aesthetics, they look like something out of a campy pulp sci-fi.

I got a pair of TTX as they were way cheaper than techs (both used), you get used to the look but I agree the techs look amazing. The blue light however matches the X1s light which is a nice bonus!
