    lol m8 seriously

what you described as A-B mixing isn't even mixing
U wot m8? A->AA->B->A->BB+AA->B, with the beatmasher and lots of effects chains for transitions. Get with the times m8, its all about sick mashups now. Look out for my mad drop of Levels cut with Animal Rights I did with just my mouse, I just need to wait for my allowance to upgrade from my crack of TSP so I can record it.

With the Traktor Demo you can load a few tracks. Set cue points, learn to do grids, loops. You can create playlists and you can physically DJ using hot keys. How is that remotely comparable to iTunes..?
I can't comprehend what the point of doing any of that is without any hardware. Unless you plan on standing over your laptop, clicking and dragging furiously like a Starcraft player while running a set, there really isn't any point to having a hardwareless "demo" of software without an automix script.

I don't understand anything about how Serato are thinking. Demo with only one deck. Full version you need to disconnect you controller to analizze new tracks,
My thoughts on the Demo with only one track is like test driving a car where only gerar is working. You have everything infront of you but you can only drive in revers.
I have the DDJ SX and realy tried to like Serato DJ but it just sucks so badly.

WTF!! So a-->b mixing is literally playing A and letting it run out then playing B and so on?!?! Who does that??!! I'm so fused!! A-->B mixing to me is play A then beatmatch B and play B over A until A finishes then play only B and repeat.

Are you saying that A-->B mixing involves no beatmatching at all?
