I'm just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking him to love her.

I wouldn't want to mic a whole band with those preamps, but they do work....and they tend to fail very quickly if they're going to fail. I've definitely gone through 2 or 3 to get one that works for more than a couple days, but that's what return periods are for. Mostly, if they last that first 30 days, they'll be good for a couple years of occasional use.

The effects are pretty terrible, but if you pretend they're free, they work well enough for bands that think they can tune by ear.
Yeah I didn't use it enough within the 30days it was the 2nd time it was used and it worked fine during setup and then sound check worked great came back and my bins
We're fucking humming I was like wtf.... But oh well I paid $197 for it.... I don't know why I didn't just get a plain soundboard besides I wasn't thinking when I bought it........ That being said I've seen their euro rack series last for ages

I want the last 8 minutes of my life back. I feel like there is a bunch of old men sitting around a table at a coffee shop. Instead of talking about politics, they are talking about mixers.
With that said, I'm still using a 20 year old MTX mixer. I don't have a picture of it, because it is packed away in its road case. The mixer is super powerful and super clean. I have had more problems with newer mixers than the MTX... I'll stick with the old school mixer.

Then you go and say that which defeats the purpose of the above quote.

I'm about to give up on my pour-over and go back to french press.

Have you tried a Chemex coffee maker? My wife got me one for father's day and it's pretty awesome. But if you're in a rush in the mornings or don't want to stand over your carafe slowly pouring water then it's not worth it. I had previously used a press but hated the clean-up and grainy brew.

No, I use a v60. It's generally worth it, but it's a pain to be consistent, probably because I don't have a scale and need a kettle with a better spout.
