What case did you get Kunal? And it is thicker by .2mm which is enough to give some cases a problem.

Personally I'm a fan of the speck cases for the iPhone. I've tried the silicon ones, and this one... and it's just much nicer. You can pick em up at various places, the Apple store or Verizon store.

I bought the Tom Tom app for a GPS. It wasn't cheap, but I wanted one that I know will work well and be kept up to date with maps, and I'd previously had a Tom Tom so I was familiar with the interface. I really like it honestly.

Other than that? Facebook app, AIM app, NBA Jam, Angry Birds... I have the XKCD and CAD comic apps, and there's a fun lightsaber app. Really, tons of stuff.

i've been rocking the Otterbox Commuter for the last couple of weeks... it's a two part case (standard silicone type case inner with a hard plastic outer)

i like it because the silicone part plugs up the headphone jack and the charge/data port.

i got the otterbox for my ex... god that thing is fucking indestructable (almost) -- she killed 3 of em before i bought her the case..... and this one has survived a few months so far.
