If you don't like a product, don't buy it. Instead you see countless people slamming it.
If you bought the product and it's not working or you had issues, email someone and wait. I'm sure that they are not only aware of the problem, but are trying real hard to fix the problem. They could either respond to 100+ emails or fix the issue.

Should have looked here first. I ordered the full pack on the 15th and still no email. I sent an email to orders@ but still no reply, I emailed the guy who said "if you have any problems email me" and still no reply. Not too pleased with the experience

I think its kind of funny that people get this bent up about a sample pack...like this is the one and only sample pack that has ever been made, or there's something revolutionary. Go take your samples, organize them how they did and call it even.
Or go buy another sample pack and take your business elsewhere.
Thinking that these samples are worth anymore than $15 dollars is ridiculous, honestly I haven't heard the .wav but I just can't imagine djtt producing the clean samples that come in packs that are $50-$60 dollars, so saying that they are worth that is highly unlikely.
I understood the rage about the kontrol s4, new revolutionary controllers, etc...but sample packs?
