Nothing is "blacklisted" completely. It all depends on the crowd. I wouldn't play Sandstorm for any sort of "cultured" crowd, but for a middle school dance? Definitely.

@ feralchimp: if you saw concord dawn play morning light live you would reconsider that choice dude hehe
I actually reconsider that choice whenever I hear the track, especially the VIP intro remix that DJ Lee dropped at Elements back in 2001. Monstar.

I saw Benassi a couple of weeks ago and I think he is probably sick of Satisfaction, but on the subject of MGMT KIDS remixes (its time for a new remix track) I love the song but it has been in heavy play since like August 2008, the world needs a new remix track. Benassi played KIDS and I wanted to hear new stuff.

Sandstorm- think about all the money da'rue has made on that track, watching NBA games I hear it all the time.

I can't believe anyone hasn't mentioned Calabria yet. Destination is most definitely known: the garbage can. Lol.

Not to mention that song keeps coming back around.

"Daddy DJ please take me to the party and let me hang myself" lol

Umm... I think Just Dance outta be blacklisted only because at first it was a pretty cool song, then Lady Gaga's popularity exploded. She's been on daytime TV shows n shit.

Also, I hate the song that goes like "you are a shooting star, thats why you are my favorite..." only because I think it's poor english imo. You need a fucking noun/pronoun/something after the word favorite! lol

Tonight only's this is where the party's at.

Also any mega-cheese Eurodance and ANY CASCADA

I loved how not only were those songs popular (destination calabria and enur - calabria) but that how on every mix ever those two songs were right next to eachother.

Granted it's easy to mix songs together that share the same sample, but come on!!!
