Thanks for all of the responses. Just got back from the Computer store, picked myself up a 17" Mac Book pro, also having a graphic designer do a custom design on it for me. I also grabbed Ableton, Traktor Pro, and just now bought a Sonic Academy year long membership for any production work. I also picked up Beat by Dr. Dre for headphones.

Putting the final touches on my Midi Fighter design. Then put in the order. My friend downtown is getting me a deal on the S4 and CDJ 2000 pair.

haha exactly what I thought.

Those headphones are OK. They have a nice sound. Only thing is they feel plasticky. I'd prefer my HDJ 2000's
