    Did you have anything to do with the 3 year guarantee? Great move if quality really is improving.

    Ive been using Behringer products for years (b12d,b15d,bcr2000,ddm4000) never had a problem with any of them!!! i am really hoping for these to come out i think it will be a better option than the F1!!!!!!

    I would be curious to know how much and if the "quality knowledge" is spreading all 'round Behringer since they bought Midas and Klark group. Sure enough, they got serious one...

    Behringer has been transitioning their factory to automation, and they've invested millions of dollars into robotics and testing equipment. Since the beginning of that initiative, the service guys have seen return rates drop to the point where putting out a 3 year warranty makes sense.

    It's going to take a while to change some of the negative perceptions around the Behringer brand. The only thing we can do is keep improving the quality of our products, and trying to get to the point where we are releasing product that is AHEAD of the curve instead of behind it.
