Nah man, look close....There is a sweet chrome ash tray looking device, attached to the table, in the first pic near the keyboard, holding a cig. I'd like one for myself for my "cigs".

Yes is a chrome ash tray. Is a present from my brother. He thought it was going to fit in my setup. I think so too

Six decks?? The Kdj-500 is connected to my desktop. The Kontrol Ones to the laptop.

I really like the Kontrol Ones. The knobs with the Led ring are perfect for controlling effects in Traktor Pro. I'm not a scratch Dj but the jogs in the Kontrol Ones are GREAT. The best I tried so far in a Midi controller IMHO.

I've using the Kdj-500 for many years. Is still doing very well. Is a great controller. The jog is not as good as the Kontrol One though.

It comes in a robust metal case.Buttons are excellent, high output illuminated. The knobs are Ok, not the best feature in the controller.

Have you tried the vci100/300 jogs to compare them to the k-ONE´s?

Very much so. When I tried to practice a little danish before leaving for KBH a friend sent me some Svedbanken skits, one of them involving an out of practice contortionist being forced to perform. So that was one of the words I'd say the most when asked to show off my weak skills back then

My mixer is a Technics SH-MZ1200S, originally designed to come as one package with the cd turntables by Technics. Rellatively small knobs, but a really well built mixer.

I tried only the VCI-100 and I like more the jogs in the K-One.
