I'm going back to school on the GI Bill, got out of the army back in feb. Going to Fordham in NYC, studying international studies. I got interested in DJing and dance music while I was overseas, so I figured if I'm ever gonna have the chance to give it a shot, now is the time.

This thread seemed interesting, so I figured I'd add my two cents.

I am your typical struggling artist/photographer, working in subway as a manger to make ends meet. Mixing and producing is a nice relaxing escape from the monotony

I'm sorry, but I was so tempted to post an order for a sub... I could kill for one right now, I missed breakfast. Suffice it to say that I want it toasted with pepper cheese and lots of jalapeņos.

I'm in school to become a Massage Therapist. I also have level 2 reiki hand healing. 3 or 4 hours a work a day leaves lot of Djing time.

Started out mobile DJ 1982, Working as a delivery driver during the day. Left the day job to work 5 nights a week in clubs, no day job for 8 years, had a ball!! cut back the club work to 2 nights and worked day for transport company, cut back to one night a week and worked day as warehouse manager. Quit the clubs about 6 years ago. Burnt out! Full time truck driver now. And now back to the beginning. Mobile discos!!! Wow what a turnaround in 29 years. I miss the clubs but love to be able to pick and choose if I wanna do a mobile gig now. Just takin' it easy
