The next couple of days will tell a lot.
    True that

And now all they can do is neither confirm nor deny anything regarding his burial just that he was buried at sea. Over it already.

No answers on if any countries were contacted to bury the body or family or if there was even an imam present. I believe he's dead but how many Muslims are we going to radicalize when we can't even respect the rights of there dead.

This is nonsense and a complete smokescreen. A lot of Muslims that live in the middle East and Asia strongly believe that all the Western countries, mainly seem to be led by USA, have tried to do is to divide and conquer the arab/asian countries for years now. A lot of true Middle-Eastern civilians actually resent Western countries more for this than the bad rep Osama bin Laden has brought onto religion such as Islam and Muslim (as is evident from a lot of people's willingness to back Gaddafi against NATO in Libya at the moment).

There was a poll in 2003, i.e. after 9/11, about whether Muslims still believed in Osama bin Laden to do the right thing by them. He got majority positive votes in these countries:

    Palestinian territories.: 72%
    Indonesia:59%
    Jordan:56%

and in Pakistan, where he's been hiding a close call of:

    Pakistan 46%

I find it highly surprising that he would have this much support and none of them willing to take his body for burial.

This may be true, and right. But ultimately he is a human being with a family etc, and therefore what right do arrogant Western countries have to choose how to dispose of the body?

Seems highly hypocritical to me and shows a MASSIVE lack of understanding and respect for other religions if this is the reason.

What about when famous serial murderers, rapists and killers of any religion die in the future. Do we start just throwing them into the sea in case some nut job or two want to visit their graves as a shrine?

And I'm sure Westerners would have done a throrough and honest search whether they'd like the outcome or not......or kept it secret, threw him in the sea and did no search at all disrespecting his family and religion in the process.

If this is what they've done, I fear he'll now become more of a sign of Western misunderstanding and disrespect for other religions and create an even bigger gulf between religions rather than preventing a shrine for anyone to visit.

@Bunford at least someone sees what I see in this whole thing. For all we know the actions we took with handling this matter could radicalize the next "Bin Laden". I don't understand how we can justify these things without a clear line of we did this this and this and we couldn't accomplish the burial properly. From the press conference they just held they gave the impression that a burial at sea was what they had planned all along.

LOL...They are already radicals. I honestly never once thought about his rights of burial after the thousands he was responsible for killing.

Basically, Pakistan is now f'd...and I would hate to be anyone living in that country and would get out as soon as I could if I was living there.
