went from turntables to cds with turntables to final scratch1 to 2 to traktor etcetcetc now have a truckload of controllers and apparently in my country poeple have little respect for complete Digital DJS

A little longer intro.

Got into Dance music in about 95. I was working at a music store and stumbled upon Digweed's Renaissance the mix collection 2. My bedroom, an open window, headphones, and some good green and I was hooked.

Moved off to college here in Florida and spent my time frequenting the Orlando, Gainesville, and Jax nightlife. Around 97 started buying records. Bought some tables the following year and started messing around. Stuck with it a few years and played out a couple times in the late 90's. Started partying too much which eventually subsided. Got married, got a day job, and stopped spinning. Fast forward 7 years and I'm now a firefighter with a newborn baby in the house.

Got rid of my tables and records(they are at a friends) a while back but kept on buying music digitally over the years. Been mulling over joining the digital bedroom dj world the last couple years as I have missed mixing and finally took the plunge and bought a VCI from another forum member earlier this week.

Can't wait till it gets here. Thanks to this forum for all the info so far and the future support.
