First thing i saw was the Stussy sticker. I have the same one on my car.
Then i noticed the Obey sticker. I have the same poster on my studio door (pics on page 79 this thread). Then i noticed the Lacie HD, i have the same one. Then i noticed the KRKs, i have the same ones. Then the S4, i have one. Then the Midifighter, i have one. Then the monitor screen, i have the same.

Oh and the same bluetooth keyboard.

photojojo - They're great, but I'm not sure I used it to the fullest value. I've ended up using it as a MIDI controller far more than the built in effects, with the exception of loop recording, which I used with the MicroKorg all the time to build songs.


DSMIT - Its been a lot of experimenting. I feel like I switch the setup every time I use it. Sometimes, I'll use soundflower to route the traktor channels to 4 different ableton channels for recording DJ mixes, and cleaning up later, as well as using ableton effects on individual tracks, like stutter edit.

The setup pictured was mainly used for launching loops/samples in Ableton, while scratching on the S4 (remember that Midi Fighter contest a long time ago that used 'Can I kick it?'). I'd like to start working with syncing the MIDI clocks and seeing what I can come up with, but its always risky running both of them live, for fear of overloading my poor abused Macbook.

Steve - Thanks a lot, man! Its hard to take photos of anything BUT the equipment, they're just so damn gorgeous! But sometimes I have to pull the lens away from the desk and be a professional photographer hahaha

Yeah, i just move them between the two desks. Although those photos were taken at separate times.

@Micah: That MBP looks like it's been through some tough times. I must ask, though, why not run Traktor on the larger screen? :P
