if they take out this built in audio interface and keep only with midi, i would buy for sure . Even more sure if they take the jogwheels out this unit

Anybody knows if the knobs for MIC EQ can be re-assined via MIDI? I don't use MICs, it would be nice to have more knobs at the front place

If all the controls are MIDI assignable then you should be able to do whatever you want with the knobs.

I'm not sure if the ones on the front are Midi assignable as they may control inputs to the soundcard directly.

Thanks for clarifying that. I do recall reading that NI was staying away from the shows and focusing on introducing their new products through its website. Just curious as to what they may have up their sleeve...
