Who's had there Traktor 2 email?

Yea, S4 user here, Still no email. a little disappointed considering some are in others out. just wish an email would come through.

Got an email yesterday, but I'm not sure what to think of it...

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please find the invoice for your order xxxxxxxxx enclosed.

If your order included a download, the download link was already sent to you in a separate email.

Otherwise your order has been shipped to the following address:

Thing is, I ordered the download upgrade - not the physical one, and I didn't get any seperate email. Already sent an email to customer service, but no reply from them either.

It just leaves me wondering what the point is in pre-ordering: you pay first, and get your product last. Huh?

So if you didnt got the email voucher... looks like you will need to write NI right? Any1 has a template to sound really pissed and complain about service but sounding classy at the same time?

Just ask politely, there's no need to be a dick about it. It's a person on the other end of your email, not a company. They've probably got enough shit to deal with at the moment, I bet product launches are far from fun for them.

As much as that people that are really stoked about their new releases, you'd have people hating on the same level within the same company.

im with you tekki, I politely filled out my NI ticket 2 days ago y nada! Im a working dj and I need my gear to work 24/7. No down time!!!
