Well... I'm getting ready to order a different controller today. I sold my gear to buy the Behringer stuff (one of the earlier times it was said to be coming out) and of course I can't get it yet. I've been waiting and waiting, unable to have fun DJ'ing. So yeah that's it. I'm out of the waiting game.

Maybe in a year or so, I'll finally get to show Behringer some love. I'm not going to be in need of any gear anytime soon though.
CMD Studio 4A 2.0? Maybe then.

...Done and ready to roll. I got the Denon MC3000 for not much more money than the CMD 4A!

Once you get the MC3000, the CMD 4A would be a downgrade/sidegrade surely?

The pitch faders on the Behringer are nicer but I agree- seems like a small difference between the two. It's not a clear upgrade from one to the other.

Well I did say CMD Studio 4A mark II in my post, because my needs have been more than met.

The CMD Studio 4a has 100mm pitch faders, much larger platters, and 8 hotcues per deck (without a shift). The Denon has a metal chasis, a mic input, and a line input. Otherwise they have very similar functionality and layout.

Well I'm happy that I won't be going without dedicated filter and gain knobs, balanced outputs and line inputs to run a synth or CD through.

Good choice! the MC is of higher quality and I doubt the 4A will match the quality of MC's sound output!

If I get slapped by the money fairy, I might still have the 4A as a backup or home unit. The money fairy doesn't slap me that often though.
